Flat 5 (family) and Flat 1 (studio) can have an extra single bed at £20.00
per stay when applicable.

Short stays subject to availability- Please telephone.

Studio flats (1,3,4 and 6) single or extra nights are £30.00 per person per night

Family flats (2 +5) are £75.00 minimum per night or extra nights which includes up to 2 Adults and 2 children.

A £50.00 deposit is required per week (non refundable)

Balance to be paid 6 weeks before your booked date of arrival.

Please make cheque's payable to Mrs L. Allen.

When sending your balance if you require a receipt ,please send a Self addressed envelope with your payment.

In the event of cancellation after the balance has been paid this is not refundable, so we advise you to take out holiday insurance.

Checking in time is between 1pm and 3pm. If you are unable to meet these times please contact us so that we can make arrangements for your arrival.

Flat is to be vacated by 9.30am on the morning of your leaving unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
